Human Resources Generalist
We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Generalist to work in our Woburn office. Applicants must be dedicated, reliable, and professional. The position consists of general support to our Operations and Training team, and carries out responsibilities in the following areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. This position requires the Human Resources Generalist to possess strong skills working both independently and directly with staff and prospective employees. Applicants should be detail-oriented and highly self-motivated individuals.
The Human Resources Generalist will also participate in our on-call system, general office management tasks, and special projects. This is a full-time position with a somewhat flexible schedule, with days and hours of work typically falling within a typical work week: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. The office is open Monday through Friday, though our behavior therapists provide services 7 days/week. Our Human Resources Generalist will work as part of a thriving clinical and business team.
The salary for the position is $45,000-60,000/year, commensurate on experience.
