Hiring and Recruiting Manager (Woburn)

We are currently seeking a Hiring and Recruiting Manager to work in our Woburn office. The responsibilities of the Hiring and Recruiting Manager include working across departments to meet ABACS’s hiring needs for clinical and administrative positions, posting to job boards, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates for open positions. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the ABACS website and marketing. The Hiring and Recruiting Manager will work closely with the Human Resources Generalist to onboard new employees. Successful candidates are extroverted and highly skilled in networking and building relationships with local
colleges and community programs. Applicants must be reliable, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated. The position reports to the Vice President of Operations. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred, and proficiency using Excel is a must.


This is a full-time position with a somewhat flexible schedule. Some evening hours are needed to conduct interviews. The office is open Monday through Friday, though our behavior therapists provide services 7 days/week.

The salary for the position is $42-50,000/year, commensurate on experience.
