Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to work in our Woburn office. Applicants must be dedicated, reliable, and professional. The position consists of general support to our Operations Manager, specifically tracking and processing accounts and incoming payments, performing financial transactions, preparing invoices, making bank deposits, reconciling accounts, and working directly with clients to support them throughout the payment process and assist them in resolving any issues. This position serves as a liaison between ABACS, LLC and our clients and funding sources, and as such, requires the Accounts Receivable Clerk to possess strong skills working both independently and directly with customers, vendors, and other contacts. One of the primary responsibilities of this person is to submit CMS1500s to insurance companies and to follow up by phone and in writing to the insurance companies to recoup funds. This may also involve generating corrected claims and appeals. Applicants should be detail-oriented and highly self-motivated individual. Experience with insurance billing is a plus, and proficiency using Excel is a must.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will also participate in our on-call system, general office management tasks, and special projects. This is a full-time position with a somewhat flexible schedule. The office is open Monday through Friday, though our behavior therapists provide services 7 days/week. Our Accounts Receivable Clerk will work as part of a thriving clinical and business team. 

The salary for the position is $40-48,000/year, commensurate on experience. Human Resources Generalist

We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Generalist  to work in our Woburn office. Applicants must be dedicated, reliable, and professional. The position consists of general support to our Operations and Training team, and  carries out responsibilities in the following areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. This position requires the Human Resources Generalist to possess strong skills working both independently and directly with staff and prospective employees. Applicants should be detail-oriented and highly self-motivated individuals.

The Human Resources Generalist will also participate in our on-call system, general office management tasks, and special projects. This is a full-time position with a somewhat flexible schedule, with days and hours of work typically falling within a typical work week: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. The office is open Monday through Friday, though our behavior therapists provide services 7 days/week. Our Human Resources Generalist will work as part of a thriving clinical and business team.

The salary for the position is $45,000-60,000/year, commensurate on experience.
